Create a Business Unit

Business Units let you separate your Member data into multiple brands or subsidiaries within a single Loyalty platform environment.

To create a Business Unit:

1. Select Program from the top navigation bar, then select Business Units from the side navigation menu. The Business Units screen is displayed.

2. In the Display Name field, enter the name of the new Business Unit.

3. Click Create. The Edit Business Unit pop-up window is displayed.

4. The Display Name field is populated with the value you entered above; optionally edit this value.

5. The Internal Name is automatically populated based on the Display Name value. This field is not editable by default. To edit the Internal Name, check Edit Internal Name. A confirmation dialog box is displayed; click Ok. Edit the Internal Name value.

6. Optionally, in the Address field, enter a physical address location for this Business Unit.

7. Optionally, in the Description field, enter a description of this item.

8. Click Save.
